So I was at my local hospital shop (thrift store) because you find some cool stuff there because people decide they like to throw out important stuff and etc etc. Anyways I was looking at the books and I found a advanced monster manual so I decided to pick it up. Now I have never played Dungeons and Dragons because I would have to question my level of anything that is not geeky. Reading that manual actually made me think it would be fun to play dungeons and dragons and not extremley nerdy in anyway. Well after i read it (if you can read a monster manual) I checked the price of the book in eBay and it was $12 in eBay... hmm thats $11 profit. Who would've guessed I'm not selling it though. I may even play some Dungeons and Dragons ( because I love RPGs.)

I've never played pen-and-paper D&D, though I've played a number of RPGs based on the system and some of the campaign settings. I'd think it'd be fun to try it out sometime, but I don't know anyone who plays. Hell, I know hardly any people in real life who play computer games. |

DnD is super fun especially if you have an awesome DM. |

We should totally play. It is pretty fun, but it's time consuming (more than RISK!), and a lot of other people aren't really into it. I think we could get some people online and have like a thread or group that plays together. It'd be really cool. Do you have 20-sided dice? That's the only NECESSARY dice you need to play D&D. It's not perfect D&D, but it's still somewhat fun. |
